Lea GORDON

  Noted events in her life were:

1. Probate Record: Transvaal. Found as the wife of Zundel on his probate dated 1898 on the National Archives of South Africa site. Not sure if she was in South Africa since her death record can not be found.
Also his death certificate shows no known relatives.Since the daughter Sonia never left Lithuania, the mother Lea was probably there as well.

Lea married Zundel CARTOON, son of Benjamin CARTOON and Unknown, before 1885 in Lithuania. (Zundel CARTOON was born in 1853 in Gruzdziai, Siauliai, Kaunas, Lithuania, died on 8 Jan 1898 in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa and was buried on 9 Jan 1898 in Braamfontein Cemetery, Johannesburg.)
