We will never know if this is the right person, but it is likely one of the family. Correct father and correct dates.
Rabbi Ben-Zion Saydman's family tree had a unknown brother shown. Refer - Mishpachat Maiper: The Mayper family of Rumsiskes, Lithuania. His tree was done in the 1950's, when people knew.
This could be the mystery solved.
