1. Career. Martin runs leadership programmes grounded in the theories underlying whole-systems working. He works across the public, voluntary and private sectors to enable purposeful and sustainable change. Martin is interested in interventions that result in the people in the whole system seeing things differently, which can then lead to powerful change. He is co-author of Tools for Change: an invitation to dance <http://www.akdpress.com/viewtitle.php?value=KG303>, a handbook providing background knowledge, tools and techniques for sustaining organisational change in complex systems.
